Compensation & benefits.

The situation

In most young companies, pay is a history of individual negotiations. The person who asked got more. The loyal performer who never pushed gets less. Then hiring accelerates, new offers leak, and suddenly the whole structure, or lack of one, is visible to everyone.

Attrition gets blamed on pay, sometimes correctly. But without bands and logic behind decisions, every fix creates two new inequities.

What it looks like in practice

How I help

I build pay structures that fit what your company can actually afford: benchmarked bands, clear levels, and a progression logic employees can see. Benefits get rebuilt around what your specific workforce values, not what a template says.

Just as important is the communication. Pay structures fail when managers cannot explain them. I make sure yours can.
